Purpose of Volunteering
- I understand that I am volunteering my time, skills, and efforts with GrowLocal, an initiative under the aegis of Shri DP Jalan Charitable Trust, which works to support small-scale farmers, promote native crop biodiversity, strengthen local communities.
Terms of Volunteering
- I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and unpaid.
- I agree to follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by GrowLocal.
- I understand that activities may involve travel, field visits, and interaction with farmers, artisans, and community members.
- I agree to treat all individuals with respect and uphold the values of GrowLocal.
Consent & Liability
- I consent to participate in volunteer activities organized by GrowLocal.
- I release GrowLocal, Shri DP Jalan Charitable Trust, its members, and partners from liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during my voluntary service, except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct.
- I confirm that I am physically fit and capable of carrying out the activities.
- I choose to participate in.
Use of Media & Data
- I grant GrowLocal permission to photograph, record, or otherwise document my participation and use such material in reports, media, publications, and promotional content.
- I consent to my contact details being stored securely for communication related to volunteering and GrowLocal activities.
Confidentiality
- I agree not to disclose confidential or sensitive information about farmers, community members, or GrowLocal operations without prior written permission.
Duration & Termination
- This agreement will remain valid for the duration of my volunteer involvement with GrowLocal, and may be ended by either party at any time with notice.
